Team I Fitness I Camp
We are thrilled to introduce the moove fitness program to the families of Rumson recreation for the upcoming Fall 2020 season. Below, you will find a little about us, how the program works and why your child will love mooving with us!
Moove originated in March 2020 amidst the COVID-19 global pandemic as an online, group workout platform to, simply put, keep people "mooving" while stuck at home. What originally started as a group of friends motivating one another, has quickly grown into a much larger community of health-conscious individuals that enjoy everything from bike rides to burpees, and so much more!
