Flag Football

Registration: June 15th - July 15th
Age Groups: K - 8th Grade
Flag Football is a fall program for Rumson and Fair Haven residents (boys and girls) who are in K-8th grade. This program provides boys and girls with an orientation to the fundamentals of football. Games are played on Saturday mornings beginning with the first Saturday after Labor Day and continuing until the last Saturday in October or first weekend in November.

Important Info. For 2024
The flag football season games begin September 14th and go through October 26th.
Following the season, grades 1-8 will have the Bowl Games, which are usually on a weeknight at RFH. The Bowl Game schedule is TBD based on the High School schedule.
K Clinic will always meet at 3PM on Saturday afternoons at Meadow Ridge West for a clinic-style program from 2 to 3 pm.

Grades 3rd-4th Schedule is attached.
Grades 5th-8th Girls schedule is attached.
Grades 5th-6th Boys schedule is attached.
Boys 7th and 8th grade have no set teams.
They will play Saturdays at 9 at Meadow Ridge West. The players will be split up into multiple teams each week for games with a ref, scoreboard and coaches. The teams will be changed week to week. This age group does not have practices.
