The Rumson courtroom felt like a gathering in Dublin on Monday as more than 40 Rumson Seniors enjoyed a wonderful event. The Senior Club enjoyed some delicious corned beef sandwiches, salads, a selection of Irish teas and many other treats to celebrate all things Ireland.
The guests participated in a sing-along as well as a trivia contest, to which several residents with some Irish knowledge left with some exciting gift cards. EveAnn Kirby and the team did a remarkable job decorating the room with books, streamers, signs and so much more capturing that warm Irish hospitality.
Everyone was also provided with their Galeic name, which made for some interesting conversation. In addition, guests kissed the world-famous Rumson Blarney Stone, making a wish and hoping for lots of Good Luck!!! Overall, it was a wonderful time and this group of Seniors certainly had a day to remember.
